DJJ Incident Report Allegations, reported by JUSTICE4KIDS.ORG on 3/26/08 after receiving Anonymous phone call.
The case was closed on June 27, 2008: All allegations were substantiated against DJJ JDOs Mitchell, Nieves, Roman, Lopez. - - Closure Justification: All of the allegations were Substantiated, and staff were disciplined appropriately.

NOTE: Last name of youth has been removed to minimize further victimization.

	Child Neglect: Failure of DJJ staff to conduct 10-minute confinement room checks during 100-minute timeframe

DJJ Incident #2008-01870: 3/26/08, @2PM, I reported the following alleged incident to DJJ CCC 800-355-2280, Duty Officer Alex: Osceola JDC, Bravo Mod Neglect of Carlton Bennett, Age 12, DOB 08-07-95 10-minute room checks not done during confinement Friday, 3/7/08, 7:50AM through approximately 9:30AM Captured on video

DJJ Duty Officer Alex said this incident was already reported about two hours previous (3/26/08, about noon, anonymous) and that my reported information will be added to the original incident #2008-01870.
