JUSTICE4KIDS.ORG received a phone call this morning from Michelle E., 941-xxx-xxxx, relating concerns about her son in DJJ custody. Based on information provided by the mother, I related the following allegations to DJJ CCC Duty Officer Tene, who assigned this CCC #2008-02542 at 2:18 pm:
