Facility Complaint DJJ Incident Report Allegations, reported by JUSTICE4KIDS.ORG on 4/25/08 after receiving phone call from mother
Alleged medical neglect - Got very sick last week while at Bradenton JDC, diagnosed with Epstein-Barr virus, and "he's really sick right now" JPO lied in court under oath - falsely stating that son stalked the victim JPO lied to mother - falsely stating that mother could visit son weekly at DeSota and could also pick him up to take him to his dentist appointments for his braces.
