Graceville Vocational Youth Center Complaint Graceville Vocational Youth Center recently 'lost' one of their inmates. The youth, student G. Hart, had time to get into the administration building, climb a cabinet, remove a ceiling tile and enter the assistant director's office and turn on her computer and download and print porn. When they found him, the director and assistant director decided not to press charges because they would have to admit they lost him. They also fail to address other issues like the hazing of new students who have been harrassed by other students showing their testicles as they pass their beds. They also have had their beds urinated on and toothpaste put in their shoes with the help of the staff. Right now there are no certified teachers at the facility and one staff commented today 'We'd be screwed if we got audited. ' These boys are here to get out of a negative environment and what they've got is not much better.
