Pasco JDC Cover Up! Whoops...cats' out of the bag!
Last week it was discovered by the Mental Health personnel at Pasco JDC that
Youth Kxx Smith was not receiving his medication as prescribed. Apparently this
had been going on for some time.
Take note of the fact that the Quality Assurance team were due to arrive on
the following Monday, and had a very good chance of discovering this very big
mistake (they are now at Pasco JDC for the week).
Ala! Yes, you guessed it, Kxx Smith was suddenly transferred to Pinellas JDC
on Sunday 06/22/08...one day before the QA team arrived!
Rumor has it that not only has Kxx Smith left the building but his records
have also gone missing!
Reasonable protocol would have it that all files should to be kept in a
secure location at the transferring facility when a youth is transferred to
another facility.
Suddenly the files have gone missing whilst the QA team are on the premises,
and they are not even aware of this! In effect... a cover up is going on right
under their noses!
Now we all are intelligent people, so we can all agree that this could not
have happened without the full knowledge of Pasco JDC Superintendent Eddie
Roberts and the Superintendent of Pinellas JDC, and possibly their Assistant
Superintendents - at a minimum. One doing the other a favor to cover Eddie
Robert's butt during this QA examination.
Well, what else can I say?
Except leave it to the voice of the people.
