SUICIDE precautionary alert - SHAWN I at Dozier

On behalf of JUSTICE4KIDS.ORG, I received a telephone call today from Ida, xxx-xxx-xxxx, who said her nephew is SHAWN Ixxxxx, currently in DJJ custody at ARTHUR G. DOZIER SCHOOL FOR BOYS in Marianna FL. She said his arm was recently fractured by Dozier staff when "they held him down and pinned his arm behind his back". She said Shawn's family, including parents and grandparents, are very concerned about his mental state, to the point where he is suicidal. She related these concerns about Shawn:
"lost hope because he thinks he'll never get out", and
"they keep writing him up about every little thing", and
"a cup was dirty so he asked for another cup and they wrote him up for that", and
"he writes grievances but nobody acts on them", and
"nobody is advocating on his behalf".

Please confirm receipt of this suicide alert and provide to me the DJJ CCC incident #.
