200806963 was accepted because youth JP was assaulted by 3 other youths. The 3 youth were arrested. This incident is closed with no further action. [10/08]

200807062 was accepted because youth JP ingested a cleaning solution. This incident was assigned for a review and is still being conducted. You may request a copy of the completed report. [11/08]

200807079 was accepted based on your concerns over alleged supervision, assessment, and safety issues. This incident was assigned for a review and is still being conducted. [11/08]
