Here is the DJJ IG Executive Summary of six allegations brought by Justin Caldwell against Residential Officers James Wooden, Alvin Speights and Kenneth Gilbert. "OIG Staff reviewed the [Dozier School for Boys] facility records regarding the incidents and correlating DJJ policy and standards. On March 6, 2007, through June 7, 2007, OIG staff interviewed nine youth and eight staff. Program staff conducted an internal review of the incident between the dates of February 12, 2007, and March 13, 2007, and interviewed one additional youth...The investigative findings for the allegation investigated are as follows:"
