Per Chapter 435 and 985 Florida Statutes, Carrying a Concealed Weapon-Firearm is not a disqualifying offense to be employed with the Department of Juvenile Justice or any of it’s contracted providers. This matter does not need to be investigated by the Office of the Inspector General.

Please review criteria of ineligible/disqualified/unfavorable employment of ANTHONY JEROME JACKSON, DOB 03/31/1977, who is on FELONY PROBATION for CARRYING CONCEALED FIREARM; Arrested March 2008; Sentenced April 2008 to 18 months Felony Probation, per FL DOC Supervised Population Information Detail. (below link)
An anonymous source has provided information to JUSTICE4KIDS.ORG that Anthony Jerome Jackson is on Felony Probation while currently employed as a casemanager at DJJ's Palm Beach Juvenile Correctional Facility by Youth Services International.
Please provide IG case # for the employment review and findings after the felony arrest and sentencing of Anthony Jerome Jackson.
