D
 | Death Of
Innocence: The Tyler James Foundation I am the father of a wonderful
seven-year-old boy who was tragically killed because he was a victim of two
criminal acts. My seven-year-old son Tyler James, along with his
nine-year-old half-brother Jacob, were given permission by the adults in
charge to ride their bicycles out onto a dangerous 55 mile-per-hour Highway
without helmets or supervision, were seven-year-old Tyler was struck and
killed. The only advice these boys were given was to jump in the ditch if
you see a car coming so you won't get hit. Believe it or not my
seven-year-old son Tyler was blamed for causing his own death and used as a
scapegoat. I recently started a web site to honor my son and expose the
terrible injustice surrounding his death. ~
